Blue Gecko Cantina

John and Mimi Dykes had a crazy idea to open a taco stand in Cancun Mexico next to their scuba center Manta Divers. Mimi being a gourmet cook herself created unique combinations of flavors with fresh ingredients taking them way beyond the ordinary. Blue Gecko Cantina now has visitors from all over the world coming back every year; just to savor our tacos. Now they've moved back to the great city of Austin, Texas and are providing the same world famous tacos!
